REFUND POLICY

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard processing time to fulfill each order is 2-3 days and the shipping time will vary depending on the carrier and shipping speed

you choose at checkout. Please note that due to COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed. We appreciate your patience.

FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: If a package is lost in or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via whatever courier service was used.
